The rotatry type discharge valve  also known as electric discharge valve, star discharge valve, etc. It consists of motor, tooth differenced planetary gear speed reducer (X) or nylon needle cycloid speed reducer (Z) and turn the dragon tripper. 

It ofen applied to  non sticky dry fine powder or granular materials. Such as raw powder, cement, slag, coal powder, etc. Normally, they often installed in the following material library or ash bin. For block material, it can't be used due to the block material is easy to jam their impeller.

Bag filter and cyclone exports have star discharger (or star discharging valve). Ash hopper will filter the dust and dust collection system in airtight. 1.  The bearing are installed on lateral displacement of seat body. The advantage is cut off dust source directly, enlong the service life of bearing, convenient maintenance

Working principle

Material from the casing of the inlet into the discharge valve, after falling into a rotating impeller up "V" shaped groove, with the impeller rotation, the material in the tank was taken to the casing below the discharge outlet chute to discharge.
The discharge valve is generally installed at the bottom of the dust ash hopper. In order to ensure the connection of air leakage, it should often keep the height of the dust in the upper portion of the rotary discharge valve (storage). Because of the impeller rotates, the dust impeller turns on the two side often without dust. So it is easy to make the air leakage. The ssh column in order to keep a certain height, and unloaded not empty. The best way is the material level signal facilities equipped inside the hopper, and a chain with discharge valve of the motor.
